DEFENCE SERVICE HOMES ACT 1918 - SECT 28
Deferral of subsidy by Minister If an agreement permits the Commonwealth to defer payments of
subsidy to the credit provider, the Minister may, by written notice given to
the credit provider, defer payments of the subsidy in accordance with the
agreement.
