Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Part applies in relation to all kinds of continuous full time defence service except for certain kinds of voluntary continuous full time service (see Part 3).
(2) Essentially, the Part allows a member to re‑enrol in, and resume, a course that was interrupted because the member was required to render defence service or voluntarily undertook defence service.
