DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1983 - SECT 7
Consultation(1) The Director shall, if requested to do so by the Attorney - General, consult with the Attorney - General with respect to matters concerning the performance of the Director's functions or the exercise of the Director's powers.
(2) The Attorney - General shall, if requested to do so by the
Director, consult with the Director with respect to matters concerning the
performance of the Director's functions or the exercise of the
Director's powers.
