DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1983 - SECT 22

    The Director or the Associate Director must not:

  (a)   engage in practice as a legal practitioner outside the duties of his or her office; or

  (b)   without the consent of the Attorney - General, engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office.
