DO NOT CALL REGISTER ACT 2006 - SECT 35
Interim injunctions(1) If an application is made to the Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) for an injunction under section 34, the court may, before considering the application, grant an interim injunction restraining a person from engaging in conduct of a kind referred to in that section.
(2) The Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of
Australia (Division 2) is not to require an applicant for an injunction
under section 34, as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to
give any undertakings as to damages.
