DEFENCE FORCES SPECIAL RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1960 - SECT 6

A person to whom this Act applies who, on retirement, has not completed six years' service for pension is entitled, in addition to a refund under section sixty of the Defence Forces Retirement Benefits Act 1948-1959 of the amount of the contributions paid by him to the Fund, to a gratuity of an amount calculated at the rate of Twenty pounds for each year of service for pension completed by him on retirement.
