DEFENCE FORCES RETIREMENT BENEFITS (PENSION INCREASES) ACT 1971 - SECT 21

Increases in pensions payable by virtue of this Act other than increases to which section 9 of this Act applies have effect from and including the first fortnightly payment of pensions made after the commencing date.
