DEFENCE FORCES RETIREMENT BENEFITS (PENSION INCREASES) ACT 1971 - SECT 15

Where a person would, but for section 53A of the Defence Forces Retirement Benefits Act 1948 , be an eligible pensioner, that person shall, upon his pension again becoming payable to him on or after the commencing date, be entitled to an increase in the pension equal to the increase to which he would have been entitled if he had been an eligible pensioner.
