DEFENCE FORCES RETIREMENT BENEFITS (PENSION INCREASES) ACT 1967 - SECT 11

Re-engagement of pensioners

                   Any increase in pension to which a person is entitled under this Act is subject to the operation of section 69 of the Defence Forces Retirement Benefits Act 1948 .
