Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsPension or gratuity shall not be payable under this Act to, or in respect of, any member who absents himself without leave for more than 21 days or becomes a deserter and who, during the period of absence or desertion, becomes incapacitated or dies.
