Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who has been summoned under this Act to attend the Tribunal, or to attend a person appointed to receive evidence on behalf of the Tribunal, as a witness shall appear and report himself or herself from day to day unless excused, or until released from further attendance, by a member of the Tribunal or the person so appointed.
Penalty: $1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
