DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 - SECT 14
Extent to which Act binds the Crown(1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth and of each of the States.
(2) This Act does not render the Crown in right of the
Commonwealth or of a State liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
