Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA notice by the Chief of Navy, the Chief of Army or the Chief of Air Force under section 13 or 14 may be served on a person:
(a) by delivering the notice to the person; or
(b) by posting the notice by registered post to the person at the address of the person as shown in the records of the arm of the Defence Force of which he is or was a member.
