DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 - SECT 93ZF

Provision of information to Commissioner of Taxation

                   The DAA must advise the Commissioner of Taxation in writing of particulars of:

                     (a)  all certificates issued; and

                     (b)  all certificates transferred; and

                     (c)  all certificates cancelled; and

                     (d)  all other matters relevant to the operation of Division 16L of Part III of the Tax Act.
