DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 - SECT 118

Reports to deal with ancillary provisions of the Taxation Administration Act 1953

                   A reference in this Part to the operation of this Act includes a reference to the operation of:

                     (a)  the document certification provision; and

                     (b)  the State taxation officer disclosure provisions; and

                     (c)  the prosecution provisions.
