DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 - SECT 116

Periodic reports by DAA

             (1)  The Minister may, by written notice given to the DAA, direct the DAA to prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operation of this Act during a specified period.

             (2)  The DAA must comply with the direction.
