Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe DAA may, by writing, delegate to an SES employee or acting SES employee in the Department all or any of the DAA's functions or powers under:
(a) this Act; or
(b) the document certification provision; or
(c) the State taxation officer disclosure provisions; or
(d) the prosecution provisions.
