DESIGNS ACT 2003 - SECT 99
Certain agreement and licences inoperative unless approved by relevant Minister(1) An agreement or licence setting the terms on which a person other than a relevant authority may use a design is inoperative with respect to the use of the design in the circumstances mentioned in subsection 96(3) or 96A(3).
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the agreement or
licence has been approved in writing by the relevant Minister.
