Commonwealth Consolidated Acts

DESIGNS ACT 2003 - SECT 4

                   This Act extends to:

                     (a)  each external Territory; and

                     (b)  the continental shelf; and

                     (c)  the waters above the continental shelf; and

                     (d)  the airspace above Australia, each external Territory and the continental shelf.
