DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 98
Application(1) This Division applies if a prohibited substance test in respect of a person returns a positive test result , unless the result must be disregarded under subsection ( 2) .
(2) A positive test result must be disregarded in the
circumstances (if any) specified in the Defence Instructions.
