Compensation for loss or damage The Rules may limit amounts payable by the Commonwealth in
respect of loss or damage in the Woomera Prohibited Area arising from a breach
of a common law or statutory duty of care in relation to the use of the
Woomera Prohibited Area for the purposes of testing war materiel.
