DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 58U
Tenure and terms of office(1) Subject to this Division, the Advocate holds office for 3 years, but is eligible for re - appointment.
(2) A person shall not continue to hold the office of Advocate
if he or she becomes a member of the Tribunal.
