DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 51R

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is given a direction under Division   3, 4 or 5; and

  (b)   the person fails to comply with the direction.

Penalty:   60 penalty units.

Geographical jurisdiction for offences

  (2)   Section   15.4 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction--category D) applies to an offence against subsection   ( 1).
