DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 5
Application of Act This Act applies to, and in relation to, the Defence Force, and
to all members of the Defence Force whether appointed or enlisted, or deemed
to be enlisted, under this Act or under any other Act and whether serving
within or beyond the territorial limits of Australia .
