Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsExcept as provided by Part IV of this Act or by any other Act, the Army shall be kept up by the appointment to the Army, or the enlistment in the Army, of persons who volunteer and are accepted for service in the Army.
