DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 32A

Army Reserve

                   The Army Reserve consists of:

                     (a)  officers appointed to, and soldiers enlisted in, the Army Reserve; and

                     (b)  officers and soldiers transferred to the Army Reserve from:

                              (i)  the Regular Army; or

                             (ii)  the Australian Navy; or

                            (iii)  the Australian Air Force.
