DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 121
Proof of order The production of an appointment, or order in writing purporting
to be granted or made according to the provisions of this Act shall be prima
facie evidence of the appointment, or order, without proving the signature or
seal thereto, or the authority of the person granting or making the
appointment, or order.
