DEFENCE ACT 1903 - SECT 111A

Property of Rifle Club vested in Captain

                   For the purposes of legal proceedings, all arms, ammunition, or other military articles, belonging to or used by any Rifle Club, shall be deemed to be the property of the Captain of the Rifle Club.
