CHEMICAL WEAPONS (PROHIBITION) ACT 1994 - SECT 96
Annual report by Director(1) The Director must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operation of this Act during that year.
(a) a person applied for a permit after the day prescribed for the purposes of subsection 17(1); or
(b) a person applied for a renewal of a permit after the day prescribed for the purposes of subsection 20(1);
the Director may name the person in a report under subsection ( 1) of this section as a person who made a late application for a permit, or for a renewal of a permit, as the case may be.
(2) The Minister must cause a copy of a report given to the
Minister under subsection ( 1) to be laid before each House of the
Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the day on which the
Minister is given the report.
