CHEMICAL WEAPONS (PROHIBITION) ACT 1994 - SECT 91

    The function of the Controller is to process:

  (a)   applications for permits, renewals and transfers of permits under Division   1 of Part   3; and

  (b)   notifications to the Minister under Division   2 of that Part.
