CHEMICAL WEAPONS (PROHIBITION) ACT 1994 - SECT 85
Equipment or material approved by Organization(1) The Director may, by written instrument, certify, for the purposes of this Act, that equipment or material is equipment or material approved by the Organization for use in relation to an international compliance or challenge inspection under this Act.
(2) In any proceedings that relate to the operation of this Act or the regulations, a certificate under subsection ( 1) is prima facie evidence of the matters in the certificate.
(3) In any proceedings that relate to the operation of this Act
or the regulations, a document purporting to be a certificate referred to in
subsection ( 1) must, unless the contrary is established, be taken to
be such a certificate and to have been duly given.
