CHEMICAL WEAPONS (PROHIBITION) ACT 1994 - SECT 3
Object of Act The object of this Act is to give effect to certain obligations
that Australia has as a party to the Convention on the Prohibition of the
Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their
Destruction.
