CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT 1995 - SECT 13B

When goods are Thai originating goods

                   For the purposes of this Act, goods are Thai originating goods if, and only if, they are Thai originating goods under Division 1D of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
