COMMONWEALTH SERUM LABORATORIES ACT 1961 - SECT 19A

                   The purpose of this Part is to:

                     (a)  provide for certain matters which affect the national interest in relation to the operations of CSL; and

                     (b)  provide remedies in relation to some of those matters.
