COMMONWEALTH SERVICES DELIVERY AGENCY ACT 1997 - SECT 6

Establishment of Agency

             (1)  The Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency is established by this subsection.

             (2)  The Agency comprises:

                     (b)  the Chief Executive Officer; and

                     (c)  the employees.

             (3)  The Agency may also be known as Centrelink.
