CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 - SECT 80F
No variation of limited child support agreements(1) A limited child support agreement must not be varied.
Note: A limited child support agreement can be terminated and replaced with a new limited child support agreement.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not prevent a limited
child support agreement between parties from incorporating by reference the
provisions of a previous child support agreement between the parties.
