Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf application is made in the same form for administrative assessment of child support for 2 or more children, the form may be treated as if it contained separate applications made for administrative assessment for each of the children.
Note: This provision applies even if the children are in different child support cases.
