CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 - SECT 10
Interpretation--meaning of resident of Australia For the purposes of this Act, a person is a resident of
Australia on a day if on that day the person is a resident of Australia for
the purposes of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 .
