Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director may, on behalf of the Institute and with the approval of the Attorney‑General, appoint as employees of the Institute such persons as the Director thinks are necessary for the purposes of this Part.
(2) The terms and conditions of employment of employees of the Institute are, subject to this Act, such as are from time to time determined by the Director with the approval of the Attorney‑General.
