Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member of the Board who is appointed by the Attorney‑General, or the deputy of such a member, may resign from office by writing signed by the member or the deputy, as the case may be, and delivered to the Attorney‑General.
(2) A member of the Board who is appointed by the Council, or the deputy of such a member, may resign from office by writing signed by the member or the deputy, as the case may be, and delivered to the Chair of the Council.
