CRIMES (INTERNATIONALLY PROTECTED PERSONS) ACT 1976 - SECT 2
Commencement [see Note 1]
- (1)
- Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
- (2)
- Section 11 shall come
into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation, being a date not earlier
than the date on which the Convention enters into force for Australia.
