CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY SEA ACT 1991 - SECT 19

    Nothing in this Act affects the operation of:

  (a)   Part   4 of Chapter   3 of the Navigation Act 2012 ; or

  (b)   the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims Act 1989 .
