COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA CONSTITUTION ACT - SECT 118
Recognition of laws etc. of States
Full faith and credit shall be given, throughout the Commonwealth to the laws,
the public Acts and records, and the judicial proceedings of every State.
