Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), a decision of a court of a State or Territory (however constituted) under this Part is final and conclusive.
(2) An appeal lies from a decision of a court of a State or Territory under this Part:
(a) to the Federal Court of Australia; or
(b) by special leave of the High Court, to the High Court.
