CRIMES (TRAFFIC IN NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES) ACT 1990 - SECT 8

Meaning of ship at sea

                   For the purposes of this Act, a ship is taken to be at sea when it is not within:

                     (a)  the limits of a State or Territory; or

                     (b)  the limits of a foreign country.
