CHRISTMAS ISLAND ACT 1958 - SECT 11
Supreme Court(1) There shall be a Supreme Court of the Territory, which shall be known as the Supreme Court of Christmas Island.
(2) The Supreme Court shall be constituted as provided by Ordinance.
(3) The Supreme Court is a superior court of record.
