Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Governor‑General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and, in particular:
(a) prescribing penalties, not exceeding a fine of $1,500 or imprisonment for 3 months, for offences against the regulations; and
(b) making saving or transitional provisions in relation to the abolition of any court established by a law of the Territory.
