Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The body by the name of the Grants Commission established by the subsection for which this subsection was substituted by the Commonwealth Grants Commission Act 1976 continues in existence, by force of this subsection, under and subject to the provisions of this Act, under the name Commonwealth Grants Commission .
(2) The Commission has such functions as are conferred on it by this Act.
