Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) As from the commencement of this Part, the Company is to have an authorised and issued share capital divided into shares of $1 each.
(2) The amount of the issued share capital is equal to the amount paid to the Company under subsection 8(2).
(3) As from the transition, this section has effect subject to the Corporations Act 2001 .
