CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ACT 1995 - SECT 28B

Granting certificates

                   The Board may grant a certificate stating that:

                     (a)  the film is an exempt film; or

                     (b)  the computer game is an exempt computer game.
